The process and principle of dry granulation
Dry granulator is to mix the mixed powder materials (Western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine extracts) containing a certain crystal water and dry into the conical hopper, and generate pre-pressure through the downward rotation of the special-shaped unequal conical screw, so that the materials are compressed and degassed, and evenly distributed on the surface of the two pressure wheels, to the occlusion area, and then bitten into the two pressure wheels with a certain extrusion thrust, first squeezed into pu flakes, and then chopped, to the granulation system granulation process.
 

Device features
The equipment does not produce high temperature and the pressure is adjustable during granulation, and will not cause the starch to mature and harden after pressing due to high mechanical pressure or high temperature, and the phenomenon does not melt when exposed to water. Luo operation elasticity, particle size, shape, hardness can be adjusted.
