Rapid mix granulator working principle

The working principle of the high-speed mixing granulator is to fully mix the powder material and binder in a cylindrical container by the bottom mixing paddle into a wet soft material, and then cut it into uniform wet particles by the side-mounted high-speed crushing paddle. This kind of equipment is usually equipped with a two-speed motor, which can obtain particles of different particle sizes by controlling the solubility of the adhesive, the speed of the reamer and the grinding time, ensuring that the quality of the production of drugs between batches and its particle size distribution, density, fluidity and other aspects reaches a high level of reproducibility.


 

High speed shear granulator Characteristics

1.The machine adopts horizontal barrel(cone) structure. Its structure is reasonable.
2.The inner surface of equipment has no dead corner. It works at sealed state and conforms to the requirements of GMP.
3.Short granulating time, high efficiency and energy saving
4.The character of granule is uniform and the fluidization of granule is good. It provides ideal granule material for tablet pressing procedure.

6.Each batch needs 2 minutes to dry mixing and 1 ~ 4 minutes to granulating. Compared with traditional process, its efficiency can raise 4 ~ 5 times.
