Product Description

The machine is Consist of feeder, pressing device, granulator, lifter, hydraulic system and dust device, vibrator sieve and PLC control. It is automatic and also can be operated by Manual.


 
2.1 Feeder:
The feeder adopts screw pre-press feeding, which can continuously and stably supply the material to roller mechanism. The rotating speed of the screw is stepless frequency converter, which has the function of pre-pressure and pre-exhaust.
 

2.2 Pressing device:
a.Press roller is made of special stainless steel ,It is acid and alkali resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, abrasion resistance, compression resistance, with the GMP requirements after solid solution and surface ion nitriding treatment.
b.pressure roller has a real-time electronic monitoring in processing,which can accurately feedback the load of the roller.
c.pressure is controled by hydraulic station and electrical,it can automatically adjust the system pressure, ensure that the thickness and uniform density of tablet.
d.pressure roller adjust speed through frequency converter and frequency motor.
e.The roller both sides is sealing of the PTFE polythene, non-toxic silicone rubber,fully meet the requirements of GMP. The mechanical sea can greatly reduce the wear of PTFE polythene and reduce the content of PTEF in finished product.
 
 
 
2.3 Granulating device:
    a,The reasonable design of the granulation and granulating cage is suit for different materials,and it effectively improve the rate of finished products.
    b.The frequency control granulating and speed, the granulation range is greatly increased.
    c,The whole system has the safety protection and interlocking function.
    d,It adopts quick assembling punching screen, the mesh is safe and reliable.It is convenient to assemble and disassemble.the finished products meet the requirement of  tablet, capsule, granules and others.
2.4 Lifting mechanism:
It realized feeder lifting by using electric pump device.
2.5 Hydraulic system:
The use of imported hydraulic components,pressure good, so that the material during processing pressure same and reduce the failure of the hydraulic.
2.6 Dust device:
Effectively dust recovery and protect the working environment.
2.7 Electronic control:
It use of human-computer interface control, operation intuitive and simple. It is instead of  traditional button and relay control system, reduce many electrical components and many joints.It greatly improve the reliability of the system.
2.8 Sieve device:
There some fine powder by dry granulation, the satisfied granule can be classify directly
trought screen device and get finished product.
 
3 Processing flowchart:
The powder in hopper after feeding screw degassing and is pushed by pre-pressure into arc groove (it is two horizontal roller).The two roll is reverse constant velocity motion in a pair of meshing gear. powder is rolled into a dense slice and fall down through the elastic recovery from roll.A small amount of slice are scraped by scraper. Two roll surface is strip groove to prevent the roller slip.The slice by crushing fall into granulator box and then into the vibration sieve to classify.The powder directly into the hopper to granulation and coarse particles is returned granulating box broken, granulating and get qualified granule.
