Working Principle

The ZLG vibrating fluid - bed dryer is mainly composed of a vibrating motor, a fluid - bed body, an air distribution plate, a hot - air system, and a dust - removal system. The working process is as follows:
 
Hot - air Introduction: Hot air is sent into the bottom of the equipment by a fan and evenly distributed to the entire bed layer through the air distribution plate.
Fluidization Effect: When the speed of the hot air is high enough, the granular materials are lifted and collide with each other, forming a fluidized state.
Vibration Assistance: In addition to the effect of hot air, the bed layer is also affected by mechanical vibration. This vibration can be horizontal or vertical, which aims to increase the fluidity of materials, prevent particles from sticking together, and help control the residence time of materials in the bed layer to achieve a more uniform drying effect.
Drying Process: In the fluidized state, materials are in full contact with hot air, and the moisture in the materials quickly evaporates and is carried out of the equipment by the hot air.

Material Output: After a certain period of drying, the materials are discharged from the outlet of the system. Usually, the dried materials will be collected and further processed or packaged.
