First, the introduction
The working principle of the solid-liquid separator is to separate the solid and the liquid by the screw press. The liquid to be treated enters the screw slag machine through the pipe or the funnel, firstly dewaters by the first-stage gravity, and the dehydration is uniformized by a vibration device. The initially dehydrated material forms a filter layer on the surface of the sieve plate, which is continuously peeled off from the surface of the sieve by the spiral and sent to the subsequent extrusion dewatering portion to form a plug, and the friction between the stopper and the inner wall ensures the working pressure. A variable weight mechanical device provides a reverse pressure to adjust the concentration of the dewatered material.
The spiral solid-liquid separator can be made of stainless steel and cast iron, with a power of 4Kw to 30Kw and a processing capacity of 5 to 350m3, that is, 10 to 50 tons of dry solids. And easy to install and maintain.
The amount of solids in the influent water is less than 1mm, and the screw slag crusher can handle substances larger than 20mm. The separated solid has a dry matter content of more than 65% and a grid slit size of 0.1 mm to 1.0 mm.

Third, the application industry
1. Agriculture:
Treatment of mats on the farm site, nitrogen and phosphorus removal and manure (pig farms, dairy farms, cattle farms, chicken farms and rabbit farms). The first machine was sold in 1999 and was improved according to the needs of the user.
A dry solid containing 55% of water is usually obtained. Inside the cast iron housing there is a rotating spiral (30 rpm) that squeezes the liquid through a stainless steel screen. The standard motor is 4.0Kw (5.5 hp) and 5.5Kw (7.7 hp), fed through a submersible pump.
2. Pulp and paper industry:
Purification of sewage, compression of waste and sludge, dewatering of pulp and recovery of fibres.
The screw slag crusher is a pressure filter for liquid purification and solid-liquid separation. Due to the unique new approach to machinery, the process of interception, filtration and compression is done in one unit. With these methods, the squeeze solid-liquid separator can handle liquids with less than 1% water. Separate solids from the liquid by more than 60%. 3. Meat processing industry:
Separation of "red line", "green line" and "yellow line" wastewater in pig farms and cattle farms;

This equipment can replace the static separator. The advantage is that the dry matter is separated from the solid to remove 70% of the water ("free drop") and the solid capture rate is obtained by the 0.50 mm gap. Inside the cast iron housing there is a rotating moving screw (30 rpm) that squeezes the liquid through a stainless steel screen. The standard motor is 5.5Kw. It is usually fed from a mixing well by a submersible pump.
