1. General description of the equipmentDW series Belt Dryer is one of the main products of our company. After several times upgrade and update, it is developed to advanced level in China and foreign countries.
Its fundamental is this: Materials that to be dried are distributed on the conveyer belt by charging device (Such as Star-shape material distributor, swinging belt, grinder or granulator). Conveyer belt will go through the channel that consists of one or several heating units. Each heating unit is equipped with air heating system and circulation system. And each channel has one or several dehumidifying system. When the conveyer belt goes through it, hot air will pass though the material that on the belt from up to down or from down to up so that the material can be dried uniformly. Heating source can be steam, heat transfer oil, flue-gas or electricity. Fan is used for heat convection and transferring heat to material, and fresh air is supplied and damp air is exhausted. In the drying time cabinet, proper relative temperature and humidity can be kept. Its maximum characteristic is most hot air will circulate in the cabinet, so the heat transferring and mass transferring are strengthened and energy is saved.

2. Application scope
Belt dryer is a common continuous-working drying equipment. It can be widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, foodstuff, building materials, and electron industries. It is specially suitable for drying the flaking shape, strip shape, and granule materials with good ventilating. To filter cake and cream materials, they can be shaped by granulator or extruder, and then be dried by belt dryer.
